We are in the midst of winter. Winter fashion can look different for many people all over the world. Where I live, you can sometimes wear light sweaters and occasionally wear heavy jackets. I am so grateful that it doesn't get that cold in Houston. I did not layer my outfits with oversized jackets because once the sun comes out, it gets much hotter.
Winter Lookbook
My first outfit is an all-black outfit.
These black pants are so comfortable and flowy. In my opinion, they are dance-friendly. I also enjoy that they are wide-legged pants; it's my only pair of wide-legged. I love that the Millennial pink adds a pop of color to the outfit. I am also wearing floral pattern boots. The boots are blending in with the leaves on the ground.
My photographer put his sunglasses over the camera that created this cool yellow tint, making it feel more like winter with the leaves on the ground—no need to add a filter.
This second outfit it's more dressy.
I was in a public establishment, so you know I got to rock my face mask. It makes the outfit seem chicer. My teal blazer is lightweight and oversized. The color of the blazer is such a beautiful color for all skin tones. I love how it looks on my skin tone. I also love how patent boots shine with this outfit. These boots are comfortable and fit like a glove. The heel isn't too high; it is more of a block heel than a thin heel.
My third outfit is more casual.
You can wear this to the park or outing with friends. I am wearing a white Liverpool soccer jersey. I recommend pairing something baggier on the top with fitted pants. Then you add some comfy Vans or any sneaker with your outfit. My Vans are gray and black. I haven't met someone with the same color scheme on their Vans, which is pretty cool. Look at this faux cheetah print; it adds more spice to my outfit.
This final outfit is simpler than all the other outfits.
This outfit is perfect if wanted to wear something simple and still look fashionable. The cardigan is like an off-white color. You can either wear it with a black or white cami under it. It is a little heavier sweater for the weather. My jeans are comfortable as well. They are from Reformation, and it is vintage style with buttons instead of a zipper. I am also wearing my all-white high top Vans. These are some of my fave shoes because you can easily move around in them and go with anything.
